MOOD:Heartbroken
NOTE:The name of this column at the time I wrote this was "Insightawesomeosity" and was later changed to "Oxymoronic" for reasons unknown to you.
I'm not feeling too awesome right now. Maybe I should change the name of my column to something that you can actually find in the dictionary. We've barely started; it can't be too late to change my name if Ghazal hasn't even chosen one yet.
This edition, I'm going to ask a lot of questions. Questions seem to be all that fills the empty spaces of my head, and I have this compelling need to ask them. Some people say that's healthy, but if you know what it's like to wonder all these things, that keep you awake at night from when you were so little you couldn't see over the kitchen table without standing on something, you know that questions can lead to overanalysis, and overanalysis can lead to confusion, and confusion leads to headaches and other unfortunate situations.
Sometimes, I underthink things because I'm thinking about something else too much. There is no balance.
Anyways, off to my list of questions, as it's nearly 10 pm and I want to go and think to myself.
- Why is it, that when something is so monstrously bad, it makes us want it more? I mean, if it's going to hurt you, what makes it so appealing, anyways?
- Why do people insist on pushing away those who care for them the most? Especially when they need them.
- Why do we take things for granted?(as in question number two) Everything disappears at some point. "Forever" is just a word people use to sweeten things, because we're all gonna die sometime anyways and you can't love someone when you're dead.(forgive my pessimism)
- Why am I forgetting all the questions I had? Ok, that's not really an "important life question," but if I rephrase it it can be:Why is it that I have so much to say, but when it comes time to say it, it all kind of just disappears?
- Why are people such hypocrites?

'Cause we're/they're insane.
How many brownie points does that give me?
One for each question :P
Yay!
So, how many brownie points do I have in total?
5.
If you answer the other question(about the purple marker), I'll give you more =)
The other question's too hard. =(
=( Well, I asked again, and someone said that purple was the colour of royalty and therefore if the marker turned purple on my skin, I must have royal blood =)
Good answer. At least he or she knows you won't be hunting him or her anytime soon.
Hunting? Who said anything about hunting? I would never hunt anyone, no, not me, hehehe...
